The Niagara Windriders held a kite festival as part of Canal Days in Port Colborne, Ontario. Unfortunately, in the afternoon, the wind wasn't strong enough for some of the larger kites to get off the ground. The Niagara Windriders held a kite festival as part of Canal Days in Port Colborne, Ontario. Unfortunately, in the afternoon, the wind wasn't strong enough for some of the larger kites to get off the ground. I did manage to take a few photos of the smaller kites including this one.
