Last Post

Unfortunately, this will be my last photo blog posting. It's becoming extremely hard to post a different photo each day and I wonder just how many people are following the post anyway since I seldom get a comment. I have more success on Flickr.

Another reason is that the only other photo blog I follow is my fellow blogger, Bruce Jackson. Bruce has been getting up to 20 spam comments a day from his blog and he was forced to delete the entire blog after posting over 1,000 photos. Before this starts happening to me, I've decided to stop posting rather than deleting the blog.

This is what downtown Las Vegas looked like many years ago. It was the days of $.99 breakfasts and prime rib for $1.49. Now, you're lucky if you can get a breakfast for less than $12, lunch for less that $20 and dinner for less than $30. As they say, "those were the days".

We visited Inniskillin Winery yesterday. They were serving a delicious Northern spy apple tart with the 2007 Vidal Icewine. Afterwards we toasted marshmallows and had another sip of Icewine!
