Sue and I worked at Calamus Estate Winery yesterday. We received a last-minute call from the owner asking for our help because of a schedule mix-up. Calamus has a very small tasting room and at one point 17 people came in! Fortunately, there was a table set up in the barn behind the tasting room so they were able to go there for their tasting. One of the winemakers was on hand to talk about the winery and run the cash register.Sunday, August 12, 2007
