This llama was at the Farm display in the Better Living Centre, CNE. I won't say what he was doing when I took the photo but he was quite content!
There was a classic car show in Vineland yesterday. I took a number of photos of car insignias.
This statue of a "Bobby" was taken at an English candy stand inside the Food Building, CNE.
I haven't been to the CNE for over 10 years. I took my camera and took some night shots of the lights.
I took this interesting vignette outside Mark Picone's Culinary Studio on the covered patio.
I spent a lot of today photographing bottles of Calamus wines for their website and other uses.
The Ontario Wine Society - Niagara Chapter - had a tasting today at Harbour Estates Winery. One of the wines tasted was from Rosehall Run in Prince Edward County. Unfortunately, it did not show very well.
It was 90 degree heat and this soldier had on a traditional uniform made of WOOL. I don't know how they could bear it! It brought back memories of when I was in the High School army cadets. I couldn't wear wool and had to wear pajama bottoms underneath the uniform. Talk about being hot!
While editing my photos from last year's trip to Virginia, I came across this shot of a pond and two chairs.
I was going through my photos today and noticed some taken at Rosewood Meadery and Winery that I had not edited. This is a scene inside the tasting room and retail shop.
This Elvis "robot" was featured at the Festival at Forty in Grimsby this weekend.

We were driving along the North Service Road when we saw the sun setting over the lake near Jordan Harbour.
One of the food items served at Mark Picone's Culinary Studio for the party last Sunday. A risotto with baked capers on top. I thought it was caviar!
Someone mentioned that the view from Mark Picone's home in Vineland reminded them of Tuscany. Such a tranquil spot.
We were invited to an afternoon party at the studio. Mark had guests from Italy who own and run a 2-star Michelin restaurant. They were guests but they did most of the cooking and serving!
Inside a railway tunnel that goes under the old Welland Canal. My friend, Ron, was brave enough to go further inside. He can be seen way in the distance if you click on the photograph. He said the old railway ties were slippery so he didn't venture any further.
On our hike yesterday we came across a lot of graffiti. This was on one of the large cement blocks that shut off one of the roads to the site of the old Welland Canal. There doesn't seem to be much respect any more for historic or natural places.
While hiking today, trying to find traces of the old Welland Canals, we climbed on these railway tracks to take a photo of the bridge.
The carriage house at Vineland Estates can be used for events and small weddings.
While walking around the grounds at the new 13th Street Winery, we noticed this old Ford tractor in the garage.
The new location for the 13th Street Winery has a number of sculptures around the grounds. This one is in the form of a huge mobile.
The tasting room and wine shop of 13th Street Winery has moved from 13th Street to Fourth Avenue. The winery name will NOT be changing.
