We were at the Andrew Peller Shareholders' meeting yesterday. The CEO reported that two years ago the company purchased the vineyards at Thirty Bench for $14,000 an acre. He said that neighbouring vineyards on the Beamsville Bench are asking $100,000 an acre. Talk about a good investment!Thursday, September 18, 2008
