Angel's Gate Winery held a photography workshop yesterday. After a brief discussion of photographic techniques by AJ from Angel's Gate the group went out into the area around the winery to take pictures. A few of us were fortunate enough to capture this Tiger Swallowtail butterfly as it landed on a flower. Unfortunatly, the butterfly had a chunk missing from its wing. It didn't seem to hamper its flying ability though.
Photos taken with a Nikon D90 Digital Camera with an 18-200 Nikon Zoom Lens (VR), a 55mm F1.8D lens or an 18-55 Nikon Zooms Lens (VR), a Nikon D70 or with Sue's camera - an Olympus SP-510UZ.
