These men are in a cage being hung from a crane just by the Horseshoe Falls. They seemed to be cleaning up debris from the bank. Only one man had a rake in his hand but there were four men in the cage - one seemed to be a supervisor. On the other side of the railing were at least four other men and one crane operator. While I'm sure this is a very dangerous job, does it really take nine men to do a bit of raking! Our Canadian tax dollars at work!Friday, April 27, 2007
