We had an incredible view of the Horseshoe Falls from our hotel room at the Fallsview Casino Resort. However, the windows were very dirty so I had to do a lot of work in Photoshop to "clean" up this photo.

My Birthday Cake

"Baby Duck" - All Grown Up!

Baby Duck was and still is one of the best known Andres wines from the early years. This duck was at the Andrew Peller Limited 50th anniversary celebrations. Baby Duck was available to try but we opted to pass as we remember what Baby Duck was like!

Local Market Signs

Two artists have set up a fruit and vegetable market in Beamsville. The one owner painted her own signs.

The Former 20 Bees Winery

20 Bees Winery has changed its name to "Diamond Estates - The Winery". Located in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

New Winery

I had to take a photo of the De Moura Winery sign for the "Wines of Canada" website. The building is in a metal shed it wasn't worth taking a photo of that.

Between the Lines

Between the Lines is one of the newer wineries in Niagara. Their unoaked Cabernet Franc is really good.

Locally-grown Tomatoes

It's great to see ripe, locally-grown tomatoes at the roadside stands not imported unripe tomatoes that are injected to turn red!
