Ameet is my niece's family cat. He was a working cat at the Ontario Veterinarian College in Guelph. Photo taken on Christmas day.

Chutney

Chutney, our second oldest cat, is usually camera shy but I managed to take this photo of her this morning.

Buck, R.I.P.

Unfortunately, Laura Sabourin's dog, Buck, died this week. I was able to take this shot last year of Buck sitting with one of Laura's many Ragdoll cats.

Marmalade

Had she lived, Marmalade, our first cat, would have been 21 today.

Meet "Ameet"

The newest member of my niece's household. Ameet was a pet blood donor at the Guelph University Animal Clinic.

I Can See Clearly Now!

Unfortunately, our cat Pepper became blind all of a sudden last year. She is now on human blood pressure medicine but will never regain her sight. We found these "glasses" on the street and thought this would make a great photo. Pepper wasn't amused.

Marmalade: 1989 - 2010

Marmalade, our oldest cat, passed away yesterday. She will be missed.

Laura's Kitten

Laura raises ragdoll kittens. This one is only a few weeks old. Taken with the Nikon D90.

This Ragdoll cat and German Shepherd seem to tolerate each other! It could be that they were both tired.

Rest in Peace, Presley

I recently posted a few photos of my great niece, Bethany, with my Cousin's St. Bernard, Presley. It showed Bethany & Presley enjoying the sunshine. Unfortuntely, Presley passed away on Friday. It must have been fate that Tony brought Presley to Sue's birthday party to spend a few hours with the family. He will be missed.
