We were at Hillebrand Winery today for their Trius 2010 "pick-up" party. We were able to try both the 2010 and 2000 vintages of Trius Red. They were also serving Chef Frank Dodd's famous burgers.

Trius 2010

Marshmallow Forest
These Icewine marshmallows were ready for toasting on open fires at Peller Estates Winery as part of the Niagara Icewine Festival. They were paired with two kinds of Vidal Icewine - one oaked and one unoaked.
