We had two couples over for dinner on Saturday night. One couple brought a Tarara Cabernet Sauvignon which we opened to go with Lamb Shanks. I opened up a Glen Manor Sauvignon Blanc, also from Virginia, to go with a pea soup. Both wines were a good match with the food.Tuesday, April 7, 2009
